DOEN TV provides dedicated and dependable customer service through customer care unit established under each LCO. Besides that DOEN TV has formed a dedicated customer care unit at its head office for delivering efficient service to their subscribers. Customer care unit provides service to customer on service, tariff plan, price of STB and support related matters. Subscriber can make enquiry on service/package, monthly subscription fee, price of STB, support and other pertinent information related to customer service. The customer can approach us through:

Ministry made technical inspection of DOEN TV’s head-end
December 16, 2016

Government of Nepal, Ministry of Information of Communications formally made technical inspection of DOEN TV's head-end, CAS and SMS software dated Marga 23, 2073. Prior to this, DOEN TV was running test transmission only.
